The hotel provided a free shuttle service to pick up guests from the airport, which was appreciated by many visitors. the receptionists were polite and welcoming, and the food served at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. Despite a few issues with certain rooms not being cleaned properly, the majority of the hotel's rooms were well-maintained, with comfortable beds and elegant interior decor.
Some guests experienced issues with the hotel's amenities, such as the elevators and safes not working correctly. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel's staff worked diligently to resolve the issues in a timely and professional manner.

our favorite hotel in douala, staff was helpfull. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. in the room you will find a mini-bar, a safe and a dining area.

the room was spotless and gave a great impression. It was close to major attractions and made it easy to explore the city. the hotel had a nice pool which I enjoyed on my sunny and warm weekend visit.
the towels in the bathroom were old and there weren't enough for two adults.

The free shuttle from the airport was very convenient and saved us some money. The food was okay, nothing extraordinary, but the breakfast was decent. The location of the hotel was fine, close to some touristic spots and easy to find a taxi.
Our new year's stay at the hotel was not great. The room was not properly cleaned and we even found trash from the previous guests.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel facilities were top-notch with clean rooms and great interior decoration. The staff was cooperative, and the breakfast was superb. The hotel's transportation services were impressive with a free shuttle pick-up from the airport, and they even took us back to another hotel in the city.

During my stay at Noubou International, I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle pick-up from the airport. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food at the hotel was superb, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind. Additionally, the staff and management went above and beyond to plan a surprise engagement party for my wife, making us feel like we were part of a big family. We truly felt at home during our stay.
Although my overall experience at Noubou International was great, I did encounter a couple of unfortunate incidents. when I checked into my room, I realized that the TV remote was missing.
